About Our Products
Every jewelry piece is hand crafted with care, using quality components. Although we have made every effort to display each item as accurately as possible, slight variations from product to product may exist due to their handcrafted nature. Additionally, actual color may vary from colors viewed on your computer screen.
Order Processing Time
While we do our best to process orders as quickly as possible, order processing times are approximate and not guaranteed. Please allow extra time or contact us for rush processing if your order is needed more quickly.
Orders of in stock items will process and ship within three business days. Stock status of each product is indicated in the listing.
Non-custom/personalized items that are not in stock all are made to order and will processed and ship within 7 business days. You will be notified if your made to order item will require additional time to create. Completion of custom and personalized orders depends on the availability of components, size of the order, and complexity of the pieces, and may take up to 4 weeks. You will be notified of an estimated shipping date on custom and personalized orders within 2 business days of receiving your order. No order will ship until payment is received.
Payments
Bugjeweled accepts payments via PayPal. Using PayPal is easy, secure, and free! Go to PayPal.com to learn more and create your account, or you may create your account during the checkout process.
Sales Tax
Sales tax of 6.925% will be charged on all orders.
Shipping Information
All orders are shipped fully insured and with delivery confirmation via USPS. Orders will be shipped to the confirmed shipping address with PayPal. You will have the opportunity to choose your shipping method during the checkout process.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Shipping options are as follows:

| Priority Mail- | $6 | Delivery in 2-3 days in most cases but please allow up to 5 days. |
| Overnight Express- | $20 | Delivery in 1 day to most locations but please allow up to 2 days. |
Exchange Policy
We appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your merchandise to us within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund, excluding shipping charges. You will be responsible for payment of shipping for the return and any merchandise it is exchanged for.
In order for us to honor this guarantee, you are required to contact us within 5 days of delivery of your order for a return authorization and instructions. The item must be returned to Bugjeweled within 14 days of delivery to you. It is highly recommended that you purchase insurance, as Bugjeweled is not responsible for loss or damage occurring during the shipping process. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO PERSONALIZED/CUSTOM PIECES, WHICH ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
Returned items must be in original condition, unused and unworn, in original packaging, and contain all parts and pieces. Bugjeweled reserves the right to refuse to issue a refund if these conditions are not met. Please measure carefully for your order. If the size of your item is incorrect due to an error in ordering, you will be responsible for the cost of correcting the size. If size is incorrect due to an error on the part of Bugjeweled, corrections will be made at no cost to the customer.
If you must return your item due to a defect resulting in a break, we will replace or exchange it. We reserve the right to determine if the break is due to defect or misuse and proceed accordingly.
Special Orders
Sales on all personalized/custom items are final and not returnable. Please review your order very carefully prior to submitting. If you make a mistake in the ordering process, you will be responsible for payment for the time and materials required to correct the mistake, as well as all shipping costs to complete the exchange. If Bugjeweled should make a mistake on a custom order, it will be replaced at no cost to the customer, including shipping.
Jewelry Repair
Each jewelry piece has been made with care and is expected to last with normal wear. If your jewelry should need repair after the 14 day return period is over, we are happy to restring or repair it for a small fee. Please contact me to discuss your needs and obtain an estimate.
Privacy Policy
At Bugjeweled, respecting your privacy is very important. We collect only the information necessary for us to fulfill your order and provide great customer service. Any and all personal information provided to Bugjeweled is kept confidential and will never be shared, sold, or distributed in any way. Your phone, mail and/or email addresses will be used solely for the purposes of completing your order and/or communicating about your order. You will not receive additional communication from us unless you have specifically requested it.
Paypal does not share your financial information with retailers. Please refer to Paypal’s Privacy Policy for more information regarding your privacy with them.
